The Spazmatics

Hailed as “The Ultimate New Wave 80’s band”! Your Mother is sure to approve of these four lovable nerds, who come equipped with suspenders, pin-wheel hat, helmet, and neck brace, as well as an emotional support chicken to inspire even the most modest audience member to “cut footloose”.

If you love 80's Music or even if you just like the nostalgic smell of too much hairspray and Lynard Skinnard concerts, come on out and show your support for this local band.

If you haven't had the pleasure of visiting this Roarin' 20s themed, 3-story dance hall, you really should check it out soon. The venue was built in 1870 and Speakeasy has been hosting live music events and serving up beverages since 1997. Located in the heart of Austin, Texas on Congress between 4th and 5th streets, Speakeasy offers something for everyone with its diverse nightlife and entertainment scene featuring live music almost every night of the week. Check them out to see for yourself. Speakeasy official site
