No More Scrolling to Find That One Thread
Pin the conversations that matter, search by name, and let your most recent work rise to the top.
You know the feeling. You had a great conversation with Sage about your Q2 strategy last Tuesday. Now it's Thursday and you need to pull up those notes. So you open the chat drawer, scroll past fifteen conversations, second-guess yourself, scroll some more, and eventually give up and start a new one.
That's a small thing. But small friction, repeated daily, adds up to real lost time. Time you could spend creating.
Three changes fix that. All live now.
Pin the conversations that matter
Some chats deserve a permanent spot at the top. Your ongoing project with Maya. That strategy thread with Sage you keep coming back to. The content calendar Clara maintains.
Open the three-dot menu on any conversation and hit Pin. That chat moves to a dedicated Pinned section at the top of your drawer, above everything else. Unpin it whenever you're done. No folders, no categories, no configuration. Just a thumbtack and a shortcut to what you use most.
Pin any conversation
One click from the three-dot menu. Your pinned chats stay at the top, always.
Search by name
Start typing and the list filters in real time. Pinned and recent chats both respond to your search.
Sorted by most recent
Your latest conversations rise to the top automatically. The drawer tells you how it's sorted so there's no guessing.
Search instead of scroll
There's a search bar at the top of your chat drawer now. Start typing a name, a keyword, a topic. The list filters as you type, across both pinned and recent conversations.
If you named your chats well (or let your team name them for you), finding anything takes about two seconds. No more scanning titles one by one hoping to recognize the right thread.
Name your chats
Your most active work, front and center
Chats are now sorted by most recent interaction. The conversation you were in five minutes ago sits at the top. The one from last month sits further down. You'll see a small label under "Recent Chats" confirming the sort order so there's never any ambiguity about why things are where they are.
Between pinning and sorting, your chat drawer now reflects how you work, not when you created things.
What this looks like in practice
- Morning check-in: Open the drawer. Your pinned project chats are right there. Pick up where you left off.
- Mid-day search: Type "content calendar" in the search bar. Clara's thread appears. Two seconds, done.
- End of week review: Your most recent conversations are already at the top. Scroll through the week's work in order.
- Quick context switch: Unpin your finished project. Pin the new one. Your drawer reorganizes itself around your current priorities.

Pin what matters, search for the rest, and let your recent work rise to the top.
Small change, real difference
These aren't flashy features. They're the kind of thing you notice because everything feels a little faster, a little less cluttered. The drawer opens and the thing you need is right there.
When your tools stay out of the way, you stay in flow. That's the point.
Make the thing. Your team handles the rest.
